Cheese Ball

Yields: 2 balls
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Directions
- Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
- Add pineapple, salt, onion, green pepper and 1/2 cup of pecans.
- Mix together.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Shape into two balls and roll in remaining 1/2 cup of pecans.
- Serve with Triscuits or other crackers.
