Yields: 1 cheese ball
Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1 pickled onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons gherkins, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 cup nuts, chopped
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and cheese in a bowl until soft.
- Add pickled onion, parsley, gherkin, ketchup, worcestershire and tabasco sauces and paprika.
- Beat well to combine, shape into ball.
- Roll in chopped nuts until well coated.
- Wrap and chill until firm.
