Cheese and Peach Wontons

Ingredients
- 15 wonton wrappers
- 6 tablespoons finely diced peaches
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaf
- cooking oil
Directions
- Place wonton wrappers on a work surface. Place peaches, blue cheese and chopped sage on the center of each wrapper, dividing equally.
- Wet edges of wonton with water. Bring edges together to form a pyramid, squeezing out air before you press to seal.
- In a deep skillet, heat 3 inches of oil to 325*.
- Fry wontons, in batches, until golden brown and floating to the surface, 2-3 minutes.
