Cheese and Beer Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄3 cup grated monterey jack cheese
- 3⁄4 cup beer
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in skillet.
- Cook, stirring, over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly hot.
- Pour over meat.
