Chedder Bacon Soup

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 8 big potatoes
- 10 slices bacon
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cellery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cube and boil potatoes till tendet.
- Cook bacon till crisp, remove add flour to grease, cook 1 minute.
- Slowly pour broth in, stir constantly till thick.
- Add seasonings and cream and cheese. Stir till smooth lower to simmer.
- Drain potatoes, add to soup. Simmer a few more minutes.
- Dish up, top with bacon, enjoy.
