Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese, at room temperature
- 1⁄4 lb softened butter
- 2 -3 tablespoons jamaican rum
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for an hour or so until flavors can blend.
