Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 5 ounces cheddar cheese (or more if you like)
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Topping
- 1 1⁄2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease 8 inch square pan.
- Mix all ingredients except for topping and put in prepared pan. (I just mix right in the pan).
- Mix topping ingredients together.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
