Ingredients
- 7 whole eggs
- 5 cups english cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 rablespoon butter
Directions
- in a bowl beat 7 egg yolks and whites and shredded chedder cheese.
- melt butter i omlett pan.
- put mixture in pan stir to avoid burning.
- as omlette forms flip over to cook other side.
- serve.
