Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

Adapted from menus4moms.com, this is a simple but filling comfort dish.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 8  ounces spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2  cups  cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2  cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided use)
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1  cup milk
  • 1  teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the chicken, 1 cup cheese, soup, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain spaghetti, add to the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
