Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese (finely grated)
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish (heaping tbs)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Rinse, drain, pat dry, and finely chop red peppers.
- Stir all ingredients into a bowl until combined well.
