Cheddar Cheese Loaf

Ingredients
- 3 3⁄4 cups reduced fat baking mix
- 3⁄4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup egg substitute
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix cheese. Add skim milk, egg substitute and cayenne pepper, stirring for 2 minutes or until blended. Spoon into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake 45 minute.
