Cheddar Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2⁄3 cup cream cheese
- 3 egg whites
- French bread
Directions
- Melt the butter & cheeses together, stirring to keep from scorching. set aside to cool.
- beat egg whites until stiff.
- add egg whites to almost cooled down cheese.
- cut french bread into cubes and dip.
