Cheddar Biscuit Barbecue

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs hamburger
  • 14 cup  dried onion flakes
  • 1 34 cups chili beans, canned
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans  tomato soup
  • 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 1 (8 count) package  hamburger buns
  • 2  cups  shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a large fry pan or electric skillet, brown hamburger with the onion. Drain off fat. Stir in the beans, soup and seasonings; bring to a boil. Spoon hot meat mixture into an ungreased 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes and meat mixture is bubbly. (You may want to put a cookie sheet under the square pan in the event of a boilover).
  3. Put on burger buns and enjoy!
