Cheddar Biscuit Barbecue

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1⁄4 cup dried onion flakes
- 1 3⁄4 cups chili beans, canned
- 2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (8 count) package hamburger buns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a large fry pan or electric skillet, brown hamburger with the onion. Drain off fat. Stir in the beans, soup and seasonings; bring to a boil. Spoon hot meat mixture into an ungreased 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes and meat mixture is bubbly. (You may want to put a cookie sheet under the square pan in the event of a boilover).
- Put on burger buns and enjoy!
