Cheddar baked potato slices

Yummy side dish to complimant any great meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 4  medium potatoes (cut into 1/4" slices)
  • 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In samll bowl combine soup, paprika and pepper.
  2. In greased 2-qt.
  3. oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlaping rows.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese; spoon soup mixture over cheese.
  5. Cover w/foil; bake at 400 degreesF.
  6. for 45 min.
  7. Uncover, bake 10 min.
  8. or until potatoes are fork-tender.
