Cheddar Bacon Toasts

Yields: 2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 34 cup mayonnaise
  • 13 cup  crumbled  cooked bacon
  • 1 (1 lb)  French bread

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cheese, mayonnaise and bacon.
  2. Cut the bread into 24 slices; each about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on one side of each slice.
  4. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
