Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes (about 2 cups, halved)
- 3 scallions, white and pale green parts only, coarsely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 8 basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Combine in food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped, being careful not to puree. Season with salt and pepper.
