Cheaters Raspberry Icecream

Ingredients
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Place frozen raspberries into a food processor and blitz. Whilst blitzing pour in sugar down the feed shute, then pour in egg white. Continue blitzing until mixture turns pink and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides a couple of times during this process.
- Keep in a plastic container in freezer.
