  1. Preheat the oven to 350*F.
  2. Grease and flour mini cupcake pans.
  3. "CHOCOLATE CAKE".
  4. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add the milk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl and mix by hand or with the mixer at low speed until just moistened.
  6. "GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE".
  7. Combine flour, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  8. Add the milk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl and mix by hand or with the mixer at low speed until just moistened.
  9. Use a spoon to pour Chocolate Cake batter 1/3 away up in the muffin pan.
  10. Add 5 mini marshmallows.
  11. Use a spoon to cover marshmallows with Graham Cracker Cake batter.
  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
