- 5⁄8 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg
- graham cracker cake
- 2⁄3 cup cake flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2⁄3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄2 baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350*F.
- Grease and flour mini cupcake pans.
- "CHOCOLATE CAKE".
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl and mix by hand or with the mixer at low speed until just moistened.
- "GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE".
- Combine flour, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl and mix by hand or with the mixer at low speed until just moistened.
- Use a spoon to pour Chocolate Cake batter 1/3 away up in the muffin pan.
- Add 5 mini marshmallows.
- Use a spoon to cover marshmallows with Graham Cracker Cake batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
