Charleston Shrimp Supreme

Ingredients

  • 4  tablespoons flour
  • 4  tablespoons butter
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1  dash  red pepper
  • 12  lemon, juice of
  • 8  tablespoons ketchup
  • 4  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  •  salt & pepper
  • 2  lbs  cooked shrimp

Directions

  1. Cream butter and flour.
  2. Add milk and make a thick cream sauce.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add cooked shrimp and heat until very hot.
  6. Serve with rice.
