Charleston Shrimp Bake

Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1⁄3 cup margarine
- 1 can chopped tomato, undrained
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 lb peeled deveined cooked shrimp
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sliced black olives
Directions
- Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender.
- Add tomato wedges and heat.
- Stir in rice,dillweed,shrimp,cheese and olives.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
