I came up with this tonight and these are just the tastiest potatoes I've ever eaten! Lemon greatly enhances this dish, a definite keeper! Show more

  1. Peel and dice potatoes.
  2. In the meantime, heat oil in a wok.
  3. Once hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  4. Allow to crackle.
  5. Add all the other ingredients.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cover.
  8. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown.
  9. Serve with hot puris.
