Chai Tea

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons loose black tea
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 6 cardamom pods
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 points star anise
- 6 cloves
- 10 black peppercorns
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
Directions
- In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients.
- On high heat, bring mixture to boil until it rises (watch it attentively).
- Sieve and serve.
