Celery Gorgonzola

A great snack or appetizer to please my fellow gorgonzola-heads. It is said to be delish with a nice glass of chilled pinot grigio, but I wouldn't know as I don't imbibe. ;o) Show more

  1. Mix gorgonzola, nuts and wine in a bowl with wooden spoon till well blended. Taste, then add salt and pepper if needed.
  2. Spread into individual celery ribs and serve.
