Cauliflower With Lemon Sauce

Low Carbers and Cauliflower fans... you are going to LOVE this.

Ingredients

  • 1  lb cauliflower, flourets
  • 1  large  egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cut your cauliflower into bite size flourets.
  2. steam for approximately 8 - 10 minutes or until fork tender.
  3. Transfer cauliflower to a serving dish and keep warm.
  4. Reserve the cooking liquid.
  5. In a separete bowl whisk the egg yolk and 2 tbsp of the reserved cooking liquid.
  6. add the lemon juice.
  7. pour over cauliflower and toss.
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  9. Serve.
