Cauliflower Salad

Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 10 -12 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
Directions
- Layer the above ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Teresa and Janet also add broccoli which has been broken into small pieces. Other ingredients may be added to suite your taste, such as olives, corn or other vegetables.
