Cauliflower and Potato Curry

Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
Directions
- Select a large stockpot with lid, add all ingredients and gently cook for about an hour. Stir once or twice.
