Cauliflower and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (12 1/2ounce) can chicken breasts, in water, drained
- 1 1⁄2 cups macaroni, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 lb cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup chicken broth, fat-free, low-sodium
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup, low-sodium
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 cup green peas, frozen, thawed
Directions
- In a slow cooker combine all ingredients EXCEPT the peas, then stir to mix well.
- Cover & cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours OR on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
- Stir in the green peas & let stand 10 minutes, uncovered.
