Cathy's Caesar Dressing

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 -3 garlic cloves
- 3⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
Directions
- Put all ingredients, except olive oil in food processor.
- Pulse until well blended.
- Drizzle in olive oil to taste.
- Add dressing to romaine lettuce; toss to cover.
- Top salad with croûtons, bacon bits, and Parmesan cheese.
