Cathedral Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
Directions
- Stir together the first 5 ingredients until blended.
- Place chicken and celery in a large bowl; add mayo mixture; toss to combine.
- Serve on lettuce leaf or as filling for sandwich.
