Cass's Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 6 1⁄2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup light sour cream
- 5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 3⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3⁄4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Directions
- Place artichoke hearts in food processor. Pulse a few times. You may dice by hand if you do not own a food processor.
- Squeeze any remaining liquid out of thawed spinach.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 375 degrees. OR place in crockpot on low and heat through (about 90 minutes).
- Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
