Cassi's Smothered Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- salt (to taste)
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup seasoned rice vinegar (depending how tangy you like it)
Directions
- Saute onions until translucent.
- While your onions are cooking cut the cabbage into wedges.
- Add cabbage, lemon pepper, salt and seasoned rice vinegar and cook until cabbage is tender.
