Cashew Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup kraft mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 larger head iceberg lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup cashews, chopped coursely
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
Directions
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate dressing until it is chilled.
- Sliver the lettuce and mix it with the swiss cheese, raisens and bacon bits.
- Add the dressing.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy.
