Cashew Nut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon smooth cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon chinese chili-garlic sauce, we use maggi brand
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (thick works best)
- 1 tablespoon chinese rice wine or 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
- Blend the sauce ingredients together in a cup.
- Either add to cooked vegetables or heat until warm and serve with cooked meats.
