Cashew Herb Spread

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, flakes
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, stems and all
- 1⁄4 cup herbs, try oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, about 3 small pieces
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, lime juice is also great
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- pepper, to taste
- water, to thin as needed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add water if necessary to blend or to thin if desired.
