This is a nice lite refreshing salad. VERY easy. The chowmein noodles make a nice addition! Great for "get-to-gethers" It is a requested salad for alot of functions! Show more

¹⁄₃ cup diced onion
¹⁄₂ head lettuce (chopped or torn)
