Cashew Butter

Serves: 6-8
Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt or 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil or 2 tablespoons other bland oil
Directions
- Place the cashews and salt in the food processor and run until nuts are ground to a fine consistency.
- Add the oil and continue processing until well incorporated. You may decide you want more oil
- Store in glass jar and refrigerate.
