Casablanca Spice Mix

This is from my food preservation group. I'm not sure why they say to store it in the fridge. Wouldn't this be good on popcorn?!

• Yields: 8 1/2 teaspoons

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 tablespoon  finely grated  orange rind
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
• 1  pinch ground cloves

Directions

1. Combine everything and store in a jar or bottle, in the fridge.
