Carrots With Soy, Ginger and Honey

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat sesame oil in skillet.
- Add carrots, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water and ginger root.
- Cook and stir until carrots are crisp-tender.
- Stir in honey.
- Top with sesame seeds.
- Season with pepper.
