Carrots with Orange Glaze

Ingredients
- 3 cups carrots, cut in small strips
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 4 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
Directions
- Stir fry carrots in butter till, crisp tender.
- Remove from pan.
- Mix juice and cornstarch.
- Add to butter and stir for 1 minutes.
- Add ginger and stir.
- Return carrots and mix well.
- Heat through.
