Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup orange marmalade
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur
- 1⁄3 cup blanched slivered almond, toasted
Directions
- Sauté carrots in butter until tender-crisp, stirring constantly.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, tossing to coat evenly.
