Ingredients

  • 2  cups  thinly sliced carrots
  • 2  tablespoons butter
  • 14 cup orange marmalade
  • 14 cup  sliced green onion
  • 1  tablespoon  orange-flavored liqueur
  • 13 cup  blanched slivered almond, toasted

Directions

  1. Sauté carrots in butter until tender-crisp, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, tossing to coat evenly.
