Carrots Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 3  cups  sliced carrots, cooked
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of celery soup
  • 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese
  • Topping

  • 14 cup  dry breadcrumbs
  • 1  tablespoon margarine or 1  tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter 1 quart casserole.
  3. In medium bowl combine carrots soup and cheese.
  4. Pour into prepared casserole.
  5. In a small bowl combine bread crumbs and margarine.
  6. Sprinkle topping over carrots.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
