Carrot Soup for a Man

Ingredients
- 4 -5 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 5 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 medium dill pickle
- 1⁄4 cup pickle juice
- 1 cup 10% cream
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Boil the carrots, onion, garlic and celery in the water and chicken bouillon cubes on high.
- Boil it until you can stab a carrot and it break easily (like mashed potatoes).
- Using your trusty hand mixer puree the stuff (not just for drinks anymore).
- Add the dill pickle and puree that too.
- Turn the temperature down to medium.
- Add the dill brine and 10% cream.
- Give the stuff a few more minutes to ensure it is completely puree.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
