Carrot Souffle

This is my husband's family's answer to sweet potatoes since they don't like the traditional Thanksgiving dish. I found that I love this yummy way to cook carrots too. My family now enjoys this for holidays as well. Show more

  1. Cook the carrots until tender.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Pour into a greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
