Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 large red bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ground pepper
Directions
- Pour the carrot juice and tomato juice into a food processor and process gently until combined.
- Add the red bell peppers and lemon juice.
- Season with plenty of freshly ground pepper and process until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses.
