Directions

  1. Saute onions& garlic in margarine until tender.
  2. Add chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, Italian seasoning and bay leaf.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, until vegetables are tender, about 20-25 minutes .
  4. Discard bay leaf and puree soup.
  5. Season with salt& pepper.
