Carrot Pineapple Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine flour, powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; add dry to wet.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan, and bake at 350 degreese for about 50 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
