Carrot-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1  mango, chopped (or 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks)
  • 1  cup  fresh carrot juice
  • 1  dash  freshly grated nutmeg
  • 12 cup  ice cube (omit if using frozen mango)

Directions

  1. Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
  3. Enjoy!
