Carrot Lovers' Spicy Carrot Pudding

  1. Put butter and carrots in a bowl.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
  3. Trim the crust of the bread slices.
  4. Soak the slices in milk.
  5. Powder the dry spices together.
  6. Beat the eggs and sugar well.
  7. Add the bread slices and blend well until smooth.
  8. Add all the spices and ginger.
  9. Stir in the cooked carrots.
  10. Cover.
  11. Bake in a greased baking dish on HIGH for 5-6 minutes.
  12. Serve, garnished with glazed cherries and mint leaves!
