Carrot Cake Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup banana
- 1⁄2 cup baby carrots, whole
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- whey protein powder, 1 serving (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1⁄2-1 teaspoon vanilla extract (use more if using unflavored protein)
- 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 2 -3 walnuts, chopped, for garnish (optional)
- 3 -4 ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients except walnuts in blender.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts.
