Carrot Cake Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 12 cup banana
  • 12 cup  baby carrots, whole
  • 34 cup  unsweetened almond milk
  •  whey protein powder, 1 serving (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 12-1  teaspoon vanilla extract (use more if using unflavored protein)
  • 6  ounces  plain  Greek yogurt
  • 1  teaspoon stevia
  • 1  dash cinnamon
  • 1  dash nutmeg
  • 1  dash ground cloves
  • 2 -3  walnuts, chopped, for garnish (optional)
  • 3 -4  ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except walnuts in blender.
  2. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
