Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup nuts
Directions
- Pour oil into bowl - sift dry ingredient into oil until stirred in good.
- Add eggs, carrots, and nuts.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350.
